The fact that Ciprofloxacin in marketed at much lower cost in Third World countries, however, suggests that it is possible to manufacture the drug affordably.

This 6-page paper argues that judicial review per se does not interfere with democratic principles, but the framework in which it operates allows it to circumvent some elements of parliamentary democracy.
